The brief

Boasting five prestigious Chelsea Flower Show medals, the team at Erica Berry Flowers prides themselves on their extensive industry experience and exceptional customer service.

I was asked to produce a welcoming brand film with a very personal feel for the company's website. The aim was to inform prospective customers about the range of services available and persuade them to use Erica Berry Flowers for their floral requirements.

The solution

Within just minutes of chatting to Erica and her team at an initial ideas meeting, their genuine love for floristry was clear. I knew instantly that this was what the whole film had to be about.

I used a combination of interviews with the staff and powerful customer testimonials to convey the business's key qualities; experience, quality and customer service. I carefully planned and organised all the filming in advance so that we were able shoot everything we needed in just one day.

I wanted the viewer to feel like they were actually in the shop, so all the beautifully filmed shots in the video were specifically chosen to create an immersive and cinematic feel.
